What is gr8box?
gr8box is a monthly subscription box filled with snack items free of the Top 8 Allergens. We screen manufacturing processes to bring you items that are only produced in dedicated Top 8 Allergen free facilities.
Can I choose the items in the box every month?
We take the work out of finding new allergen free items for you. For now, our subscription boxes are filled with eight (8) surprise items we think you'll love each month.
Do you sell the items in full size?
YES!! Each of the sample products you find in your subscription boxes is available in our online store the day your box arrives. (We don't want to ruin the surprise ahead of time!)
Which allergens make up the Top 8 Allergens?
The Top 8 Allergens, sometimes referred to as the "Big 8" Allergens, are milk, peanuts, tree nuts (cashews, pecans, walnuts, etc.), eggs, wheat, soy, fish (halibut, salmon, etc.), and shellfish (crab, lobster, shrimp, etc.).
Are all of the products gluten free, too?
YES!! Every item in our online store and featured in our subscription boxes is gluten free.
What are the manufacturing processes for each of the products? Do you include items produced on shared equipment?
Each of the items in our online store and subscription boxes are produced on dedicated Top 8 Allergen Free equipment and in dedicated Top 8 Allergen Free facilities. Manufacturering processes are verified before agreeing to feature samples and stock items in our online store.
How do I update my account information?
Update and view any of your account details by logging into your account and selecting each of the content areas you would like to modify on the left of your dashboard.
How do I view my order history?
From within your account, you will find a "My Orders" option under the "My Account" section. From here you may view and print invoices for all orders.
Why does my order still say "processing"?
After you make a purchase, it will be marked as "processing" until it ships. We'll send you tracking information as soon as its available.
Which day of the month will my credit card be billed for my monthly subscription?
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the 1st of every month. Please update credit card information by the 31st day of the month to ensure we have your most up to date information.
How do I update my credit card on information?
Update and view any of your account details by logging into your account and selecting each of the content areas you would like to modify on the left of your dashboard.
HELP! My order was declined/cancelled.
Don't worry. We will notify you by email when an order is declined. For payment issues, the order is automatically retried every 24 hours, for a maximum of three attempts. Please check the card you have on file to make sure it is not expired. Reach out to customer support here if you need additional assistance.
Where does gr8box ship?
Currently, gr8box only ships within the United States, its territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
Which postal service does gr8box use?
Subscription boxes and store items are shipped via United States Postal Service.
How much are shipping charges?
Shipping is $5.00 for all subscription boxes and in-store purchases of any amount. Currently, gr8box only ships within the United States.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can place orders and have them sent to multiple addresses from within one account. Each time you enter an address it's saved in your address book in your account. From the checkout you may either select a previously entered address or enter a new shipping address in checkout.
How do I earn rewards points gr8bucks?
Earn gr8bucks by making purchases, sharing products and purchases, leaving product reviews, signing up for our newsletter, and even opening an account. 
How do I spend gr8bucks?
Your gr8bucks balance will display in your shopping card with the option to select the number of gr8bucks you would like applied to your account. gr8bucks may be applied to full size product purchases made through our online store. Subscription boxes are excluded from gr8bucks redeption.
How do I check my gr8bucks balance?
View your gr8bucks balance overview from your account dashboard. You may also view a more detailed transaction history of your gr8bucks earning and spendings from the "My Points and Rewards" option under the "My Account" section from within your account.
Do gr8bucks expire?
Yes, gr8bucks expire after 180 days of inactivity. We'll send you an email reminder to the address on your account as the expiration dates approaches.
Where can I view the gr8box privacy policy?
You may view the gr8box privacy policy here.
Does gr8box save my credit card information?
We do not save your full credit card information on our servers. We save the last four digits and expiration date as a reference for you within your account. Full card information is stored on the secure servers of our credit card processors. When you add or delete credit cards the information is passed through secure connections for your security.
Do you accept returns?
We are unable to accept returns on food products. However, if you have an issue with a product, reach out to Customer Support here.
